Q.

my baby is not sleeping well, in the day time she hardly sleeps 15-20 mins and her wake window is 3-4 hrs. even at night she will not sleep at a stretch, every 1or 2hrs she will wakeup for feed. please suggest what can I do to make her sleep for longer duration

A. then check diaper. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.

A. Hi mommy Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can stayrt with some purie of carrot potato and some other foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be prtepared in breast milk or formula milk. initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
