My baby is not sleeping properly.. hardly 20 mins of nap she is taking.. why does this happen?

A. Could be a possibility that your child is a light sleeper which is why the child wakes up like this so you can put cotton or earplugs to cover the year of the child of the child would sleep properly and with comfort that way
