hello doctor my baby is 20 months old. while sleeping in day or night he is restless not taking nap properly. please help me

A lot of times kids are restless because their light sleepers of the sound disturb them sometimes when they’re having teeth or they’re having their pre-molar can also be very disturbing episode for them so try to make the atmosphere more comfortable when you’re putting your child to sleep
