My baby is not sleeping properly after my feed so tried using formula and he is sleeping well is this because of insuffiency of mother’s milk? If yes How to improve Milk production?

A. dear mum, it is not related to insufficiency of mothers milk. to increase mothers milk, have foods like methi, green leafy veg, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake. have lots of fluids and water.
