Q.

my baby is not sleeping due to cold n cough I have given the medicine then to he is awake for more than 10 hrs

A. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.r Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue thde regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol x

A. U Should nebulise your child and give indirect steam to the child before you put your child to sleep because that is going to help in opening of the congestion in the breathing is going to be easier for your child after that
