Ma’am I don’t mean to scare you but this could be definitely a sign for autism or delayed age growth I have been through the same scenario with my child after the age of 1.5 years so I am telling you the same it would be advisable for you to consult a psychologist immediately to have a clarity over this issue and also if needed start with homoeopathic medicine medication for the same
