ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. feed fluids n fruits.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

You Should try to give more amount of fluids and fibre rich diet to the child because that way the digestion is going to be much better and your child’s motion is also going to be better after that only because when the child does not eat properly and there is the hydration in the body motion issues are very common
