Q.

My baby is not having milk for 1-2 months at all. Now, she is having milk in the form of milkshake (Mango/Banana). Is it OK?

A. Fruit milkshakes are a good option if your kid does not like plain milk. Try giving almond milk or kesar milk or turmeric milk. You can also give other calcium rich foods like fruit smoothies, yoghurt, cheese, almonds, almond butter, soy milk, tofu, spinach, okra, amaranth, navy beans, chickpeas, green peas, sesame seeds, etc.
