Q.

my baby is not having healthy food.how to motivate him?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplementfs like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL cand be given for 1-2 mhonths to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Start feeding your child from your own play this is how your child is going to learn Read every thing because what happened this kids are always going to see what you are doing and I want to learn from you only so if you feed your child from your own plate I believe it is going to be a better choiceWrite Your Answer Here
