Q.
my baby is not going to motion regularly,she is of 4yrs,she used to drink milk frquently but now i stopped her giving milk also but not going its 3 days she is not going motion can you suggest some remedies

Constipation is a common problem seen in children and most important is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. give good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoid food which can aggravate constipation like Banana, excess of milk and maida containing food.
medications lkike lactulose ,PEG or glycerine supprository should be second option
Constipation becomes chronic problem seen in many cases where the most important causative factor is decrease intake of high fibre diet along with lesser fluid intake.
