for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods.

Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
