Their is no much restrictions for them now you can give animal milk , dry fruits , whole eggs , millets , dals and legumes would be beneficial and seasonal fruits and vegetables
ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, what’s the current weight of your kid? What all foods do you give him and how much milk does he take overall? How his bowel movement? Is he sleeping well? Is he active or feeling tired? Are you giving any multivitamin or mineral supplements?

I give all types of fruits vegetables khichdi dal rice and non spicy chicken pulao..
he has irregular bowel movements ( 2- 4 times a day)
but he sleeps well..
