my baby is not gaining weight till 6 th month he is 5.5 kg now

You have to know that the child should be two times of the birth weight by completing the time of six months as we expect a child to show minimum gain of 500 g in a month which is approximately a minimum of 3 kg so if your child has gained and this is an appropriate weight gain otherwise it is less than that case you can consult your doctor once
