My baby is not gaining weight since 6 months She is 2.7 years now

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Stag sometimes the weight becomes stagnant because of deficiencies in the body it could be a nutritional deficiency that your child could be having so I’m going to suggest to start with multivitamin and iron supplement as of now that should be beneficial
