my baby is not gaining weight properly what to do he is active massy earter want to eat everything but than also problem in weight pease help he is 1.8 months old and having only 10.4 kg weight

A. i already giving all this and doctor recommended syrups too....he is 1year 8 months old but not the less and normal weight....any other to do with this
