my baby is not gaining weight,now she is 4 month and weight is 5.8

A. Dear parent, weight of 5.8 kg is a good weight for 4 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
