My baby is not gaining weight. His current weight is 7.75kg. from last 2-3 months. He is active nd passes urine 6-8 times in 24 hrs.

A. After the child starts moving around the weight gain can be slower. As you have mentioned the baby is taking feeds well and is active and healthy, just keep feeding a good diet.Don't worry much about the slow weight gain.
