my baby is not gaining weight he is 10month old now n weighs 6.5kg.

The child is quite underweight as of now which is I am going to recommend you to kindly consult your doctor for further assistance whatever the situation is according to that the doctor would be able to help me with a proper diet plan to follow for your child
