My baby is not gaining weight at all

A. Hi mom The weight gets double the birth weight by five months. At four months the weight should be anywhere between 5-8 kgs. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby for weight gain. Feed for longer time from one side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
