My baby is not feeding by bottle she is refusing to feed by bottle what to do ?

Then you can give it with the help of spoon to the child as sometimes kids just do not want to accept a feeding water which is why they refuse to take it so you can go ahead with giving it with the help of a spoon which would be much better for you to use
