Q.

My baby is not eating properly from last 1 week he eats like 1-2 spoon and reject food all time. He is going through teething but earlier also this teething phase happened but he has never rejected the food.He is doing little loose stool also sometimes. I tried different foods also he is ok with sweet food. What to do
