Serve foods on colourful plates and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters to attract the attention of the child. Offer different colourful fruits and vegetables as colours attract kids. Praise the kid even if he or she is able to finish only a small part of the meal. Do not force the kid to eat. Make mealtimes a pleasant and fun family experience. Eat together as a family so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents, grandparents and siblings.
