My baby is not eating food and also not having enough milk. Her weight is decreasing due to this... please advise.So stressed out due to this

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as weight is reducing, please visit your pediatrician it is important please try to give food at regular intervals but don't force your child encourage your child by giving food as per his taste
