Q.

my baby is not drinking milk at all .HE is 2years old now.Any other source of calcium food we can provide.what would be the best substitute for milk for babies

A. other dairy food like paneer, curd ghee, yogurt serve as the good calcium source. spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium.

A. Hello mom You should add other dairy products in babies regular diet plan it will also help in fulfilling the calcium in babies. Rather than this you can add some flavours in babies regular milk so it will be easy for your baby to accept it. And baby should also take at least four meals in a day
