Q.
My baby is more 1 year 4 months old..he only feed on mother's milk and food ..is their a problem if he doesn't takes extra milk like formula or cows milk

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can give cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
You can also try giving milk by adding powdered nuts to enhance the taste. You can give fruit smoothies as well.

yes if a child is growing well , showing no discomfort then it is ok.
but now you can start weaning .
for that ,I advise to make feeding sessions short gradually.
try to offer food before your child asks for feeding.
