Seems like your child is just about to cry or throw a tantrum that’s about it there is nothing wrong with the face making of the child 90% of the kids make different faces when they are about to cry or blast in terms of their tantrums or crying or anything this is very normal but if you feel that a child tighten it’s face much then check with your doctor otherwise this is not looking like a problem
