my baby is left eating somthing since 4 days as he got minor fever abd skin infection after that he left food completly and getting irritated only...plz suggest what should i do now

A. hi. make sure to give her adequate healthy liquids, feed some ajwain water, it will help her to increase hunger, offer her fav food but dont force feed her. o k
