Q.
My baby is just 37 days old and she always choked herself during feeding. I have tried various positions but still problem persists .. now I am trying to feed her in sitting position with the usage of pillows and this has improved her choking but not a 100% reliever and this has aggravated my backache as i have slip disc problem

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Use hot compress In case of back pain, breastfeeding mothers can also use hot compress for 15-20 mins at a time, according to experts. This will help reduce the upper and lower back pain for a while.
