my baby is just 2 months and I had my first period while breastfeeding what does it mean? does it mean I'm pregnant again?

So what is the problem if you’ve got your period while breastfeeding that’s completely natural and if one would be pregnant I don’t get their periods the periods are not there for nine months when you are pregnant such a normal period cycle that has started
