Q.

My baby is in the hospital and as there is an infection detected in her blood (CRP-59.30) so we have admitted her in the hospital. Now 4 days has already passed away and in today's blood report we found CRP has increased by 75. Can anyone please suggest what should I do? do I need to change the hospital?

A. There should be some sort of infection which is causing the CRP to rise this much and if appropriate treatment is given then it will reduce. Talk to your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. I asked doctor about the reason of increasing CRP he told me it increases during treatment and then it decreases. Is it true as I never heard this before?

A. Hello dear parent! There seems to be an inflammation or infection. Consult your child’s doctor for further assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments.
