Q.

My baby is in 6th month now, his birth weight is 3.2kg, on completion of 5th month his weight is 5.9kg I am very much worried about his weight.he takes only 5 to 10 mins of breast milk. Otherwise he is active and playful. What to do to increase baby weight??

A. thank you for reaching out us with your question please know the birth weight should double at 6 months if by chance the birth weight has not reached that stage I would suggest you continue to focus on mother's milk or formula milk is suggested by your pediatrician make sure your feeding a baby from one breast at a time so that he's getting the valuable hindmilk which is full of fats
