my baby is in 4 th month now. at night times he is not sleeping after feeding also he keep on moving his hands and legs and crying from 4 days onwards. please suggest how can I help him.

Crying of a Baby  is mostly and commonly because of  infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by giving  medicines like collicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nose blockage, pain in the ear or any other part of the body, diaper rash and may be more other reasons which needs to be ruled out .
babies may also cry due ntoto hunger or feeling sleepy, emotional fear and seperation anxiety with parents ,just for stubborn ness  for a wish or due to uncomfortable temperature and clothes ,so accordingly may be judged.
