My baby is hyperactive, doesn't listen and starts crying if denied anything. And eat a lot of sweets. how do I control this behaviour

A. hi mom keep sweets away and not reachable when she cries if she does not get anything dont bother even if she cries loudly she know she will get what she wants once she cries explain with love and firmness later
