my baby is having vomits immediately after she consumes something and fever also she is very low now and had loose motions in the morning plZz suggest something till I go to hospital what can I do

A. the baby is one year of age probably baby is having gastroenteritis infection the reason for fever vomiting and loose motions at present read the fever with paracetamol drops 1 ml then ORS to the baby to avoid dehydration
