My baby is having this black mark on her tongue since fews days internet says it’s a harmless infection and there nothing to worry and will go on it’s own need to know more about this

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should get cleaned with your clean finger. if it is not decreasing in in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue. it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor
