Q.

My baby is having swollen lymph nodes from October onwards... one in the neck and the other one under jaw... When he had lymph node he had cold and fever... when we consult the doctor.. he said nothing worry it is common in kids.. just have a check on the size... How much months it will take to come back the normal size?? He is active

A. more than 1cm is significant in lymph nodes they are lymph nodes and are part of normal human body. you have to take any intervention and meet your doctor only if they are causing pain as well as they are increasing in size. many times during infection they will increase in size and they will again decrease in size when the infection gets controlled.
