My baby is having some rashes on his face, is it normal?

yes ,it could be dry skin rashes or it can be allergic reaction or fungal infection too
so ,its better to visit your pediatrician

If it's red rashes consult dr. if it's due to winters try using Natural baby lotion like Johnson's Baby Lotion, its made with natural ingredients which helps to keep dryness away and moisturized. my son having rashes due to dryness. after using Lotion it becomes soft and smooth.
