my baby is having some little bumbs around his chin area and forehead..what are these? what is the cause and remedies? i hv also attached a picture of my baby with this question. using sebamed babywash and sebamed face cream for his face..

A. it can be dribbble rashes around the mouth is your baby is drooling more saliva these days. the picture attachment is not visible so you can post again for clear examination
