my baby is having so many small white pimple type dots on his face near chin. wats d reason for it ???

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon without a clinical examination it is very difficult to say that what is exactly the reason for it can happen because of skin related problem also but sometimes it can also happened because of a vitamin deficiency in the body
