My baby is having small small pimples on her face which cream we can use to remove them

Rashmi KulkarniMom of 2 children2 months agoA. dear gently washing the face with lukewarm water, use Johnson's Baby Soap it is a mild, baby-safe soap and apply Johnson's Baby Lotion. it is working for baby's dry and sensitive skin. If the pimples don't improve or you see signs of infection, like inflammation or fever, consult a pediatrician.
