my baby is having red spots on his tight & hands but dr has given Atrax itching medicine apart from this any medicine can u recommend

It’s probably allergy which is why your doctor has advised you to give oral medicine of anti-allergy and if you want you can apply calamine lotion that usually helps a lot in subsiding the problem but without having an assessment of the situation we cannot advise you any other oral medicine
