My baby is having patch of small raised bumps on one of leg. Attached image . Kindly suggest medication.

Currently you can apply calamine lotion if you want but you have to eventually get examined by your doctor to know what maybe the problem as this was difficult to figure out what is the reason behind it so once your doctor is going to advise you properly on that
