my baby is having motions every 2 hrs while feeding or after or before feeding...... what to do

That’s very normal to be seen if you feel that child is having a lot of motion and it is always loose in consistency then in that case you can of course take assessment with the doctor to know what maybe the reason and what solution can be appropriate for that
