my baby is having measles,rashes and fever go away but diarrhea is present upto 6-7 times daily what to do

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reducecd feveryou should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treatment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate
