My baby is having lots of gases..and while passing gas some sticky liquid poo is coming....and he is crying a lot he is just thirteen days old... please guide

A. it is quite normal in small babies whenever they will be passing gas same amount of fecal matter will come out it is because of lack city of anal sphincter in small baby
