my baby is having loose motions he passed yellow colored watery stools 4-5 times today. what might be the reason?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. Teething can often lead to loose motion and fever in kids so that can probably be the same reason that your child is having loose motions because of further you can take an assessment with your doctor regarding that
