My baby is having loose motions around 2 times a day from past two days and today he is having mild fever. Also he is not eating well from past few days. what should i do

A. ok u see. in loose motions baby will be losing lot of water and electrolytes please give ORS coconut water milk and zinc to the baby to avoid dehydration if the baby is getting dehydrated better to see the doctorr
