my baby is having loose motion from last 5 6 days 4 to 5 times ,but sometimes poo is thik in consistency and sometimes thin ,somtimes secrete ilttle bit of mucos with poo ,doctor told me this is normal ,plzzz suggest me some treatmwnt

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to some any castic infection you can give virus to baby to prevent any time of dehydration and should avoid giving milk to baby for some days

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, no blood or foul smell in the stools, passing adequate urine then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration.
