my baby is having loose motion for last 3 days. Iam giving her entrogermina.my doc is saying no medicine is required.give more fluids and ors. please suggest what to do..because it's more than 3 days.

A. the baby is more than 1 year 8 months of age probably you are giving appropriate medicines in addition you can give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day
