my baby is having high fever and we are followed paracetamol 250 but it's still not getting decreass

A. give pcm 250 as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced time interval . allow her to drink plenty of fluids. Give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever ..Always use room temperature water/tap water..not cool, because shivering can actually raise your baby's temperature rather than help bring it down.
